SFI has an extensive system already in place to encourage upgrades. Every day, for an affiliates'first 30 days in SFI, they are receiving SFI's launch pad getting started training message, which in addition to the training,is designed to show them the opportunities available to them the with SFI as an EA. We also have other emails that automatically go out to all affiliates at specific times,all of which are designed to encourage upgrades and maintaining of the rank of EA.
